BJY series high-torque gearbox is a hard-tooth surface gear transmission specially designed for single-screw extruder by drawing on the design concept and method of German counterparts. This series of products has novel and beautiful appearance, compact and reasonable structure, low noise index, strong bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency, which can meet the long-term trouble-free operation, and the oil leakage rate is less than 1‰. The life of main components is more than 50,000 hours, and its bearing capacity is equivalent to that of the German E2HA series, and is about 60% higher than that of the ZLYJ gearbox of the same specification.

The structure of the box body is designed with the function of absorbing noise into account. The material is made of high-quality cast iron, and it is fully aging treated and advanced processing technology is applied to ensure the high precision of the box body and the maintainability of the precision.

Gear and shaft materials are all made of high-quality alloy steels 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo, 20CrNi2MoA. After carburizing and quenching, the tooth surface hardness reaches HRC58-62. After precision grinding, the grinding precision can reach grade 5 or above (GB/T10095-2001 ), the tooth profile and helical line modification are carried out at the same time to ensure the perfect meshing of the gears under load, so as to achieve low noise and high efficiency.
