The company's gear machining workshop is equipped with a modern gear hobbing machine group consisting of 5 CNC gear hobbing machines, achieving full process coverage from rough machining to semi precision machining.

The company has strong precision grinding capabilities and has 3 high-performance gear grinding machines that can stably complete precision machining of various gears with a maximum module of M15 and a diameter of less than 1000mm. The core of our equipment cluster is the world-class Hofler HELIX 400K CNC gear grinding machine from Germany. This machine tool ensures that the product quality reaches the international advanced level with its excellent precision and reliability. Combined with two other gear grinding machines, we have formed an efficient and flexible machining unit that can meet the precision gear grinding needs from large quantities to multiple varieties.

The company has a complete heat treatment system and is equipped with advanced equipment such as multi-purpose furnaces, well type gas carburizing furnaces, well type high and low temperature reheating furnaces, and tempering furnaces. The core processes include carburizing, carbonitriding, quenching and tempering, normalizing, annealing, as well as tempering and aging treatment at various temperatures.

The company has established a professional constant temperature and humidity testing room, which is equipped with advanced equipment such as coordinate measuring machines (CMM), gear testing centers, and ultrasonic flaw detectors, forming a complete precision testing system. Through this system, we are able to control the geometric dimensions and tooth profile accuracy of gears at the micrometer level, and conduct internal non-destructive testing on key components, achieving comprehensive, data-driven quality control from dimensional accuracy to internal quality. This provides a solid guarantee for the excellent performance and reliability of factory products.
